Debt Recovery: Full Service

You notify us when a buyer fails to respond to your request for payment. We immediately contact him and follow a systematic procedure until the debt is cleared. Our aim is always to obtain settlement without harming the commercial relationship between you and your customer.

You receive regular reports on our progress with each account. Should a customer still fail to respond we will advise on the feasibility of legal action and can arrange this if required.

Debt Recovery: Letter Only

In many instances companies pay as soon as they realise their account has been referred to us. We write asking for immediate settlement directly to you. We take no further action and are therefore able to offer this at low cost, but effective option, especially for clients with large number of low value debts. Letters are by registered mail, telex or telefax as appropriate.

Credit Management Consultancy

We can assist you with all aspects of credit management, from information regarding the payment performance of particular companies, to vessel ownership and movement information, to advice about credit policy, insurance, collection procedures and staff training. We aim to meet the particular requirements of your organisation.

We specialise in advising clients intending to make acquisitions in the Ship Supply industry. By auditing the sales ledger of a proposed purchase we identify bad and doubtful debts to establish the true value of its 'Debtors'.

During holiday periods or following a merger or acquisition one of our consultants can work exclusively for you in order to ensure that your 'accounts receivables' are not neglected.
