We have received reports that the bulk carrier CAPETAN GIORGIS (IMO# 9288423) has been arrested at the Australian port of Albany, possibly by mortgagee bank, Royal Bank of Scotland. The vessel is managed by Hellenic Star Shipping Co. S.A., Athens (UPDATE: Feb 28, 2017: vessel has today departed Albany for Brazil).
